Photography Services & Prices

Ø Session Fee Details: Session Fees pay for the photographer's talent and time: taking and editing the photos, and preparing the photos for online viewing. All or a portion of your session fee is due up front in order to book your
"first time" appointment with me. Session fees are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, unless cancelled by the photographer due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. Your session fee will then be refunded or transferred to the reservation of a new appointment. Session fees may be mailed in or paid online with PayPal. * If I must travel over 25 miles to the photo shoot location, there will be a small traveling fee added to the session fee.

● Individual or Family Session : $40.00 ( 1 1/2 hour session). This session includes up to 4 people being photographed. Each additional person is $5.00. Proofs will be posted on the proof page on the website. Session fee is due in full in order to reserve your first session

● "Baby Milestones Program : $185 plus tax divided into 5 sessions during baby's first year. This package includes 5 complimentary 8x10 prints with your order, an 11x14 print from any of the 5 sessions, and 25 4x6 prints of your choice. Click here for details

● Birthday Parties: $60.00 (for up to 2 hours) SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP UP WITH A CAMERA As these photos are mainly candid shots rather than posed portraits they will all be provided to you in color, with little editing done. Any images can be edited for you if desired. Your photo proofs will be on a low resolution CD for viewing, *This CD cannot print out a legible photo print) and posted on the proof page on the website. * Half of Session Fee total is due in order to book your session.

● Large Parties/reunions: $125.00 (for up to 4 hours) As these photos are mainly candid shots rather than posed portraits they will all be provided to you in color, with little editing done, unless selected by the photographer. If desired you can select any images that you would like to have edited further after viewing the proofs online. Your photo proofs will be on a low resolution CD for viewing, *This CD cannot print out a photo print) and posted on the proof page on the website. * Half of Session Fee total is due in order to book your date.

● Engagement Portraits: $50.00 ( up to 1 1/2 hours of session time) Your proofs will be provided to you on a low resolution CD (proof CD will will not print out legible prints), and posted on the proof page of the website. * Half of Session Fee total is due in order to book your date.

● Bridal Portraits: $100.00 ( up to 2 hours )Your photo proofs will be on a low resolution CD for viewing (proof CD will will not print out legible prints), and posted on the proof page on the website.* Half of Session Fee total is due in order to book your date.

●Weddings (small): Outdoor ceremony & indoor/outdoor reception.: $150-$500 This fee includes up to 5 hours of photo time. Your photo proofs will be provided on a low resolution CD for viewing (proof CD will will not print out legible prints) and posted on the proof page on the website. * Half of Session Fee total is due in order to reserve your date.

●Wedding Packages: start at $500. At this time I only photograph small, Outdoor weddings . This is due to the fact that I work alone and use natural daylight "lighting" with my photography. These packages are very customizable and include your engagement and bridal sessions as well as the wedding day. (For details click here)

Ø Low resolution Photo File CD $10.00 includes all of the photos that we took in your session at 72 dpi resolution for viewing & saving on your computer. This resolution will not print out a legible photo. *additional copies $5.00

Ø High resolution Printable Photo-CD/DVD- $50.00 with $40.00 print order or $75.00 without print order Images are cropped and edited for your convenience and are ready for printing exactly how I use them. The images on this disc will allow you to print photos at very high quality. You will receive full copyright of your photos when you purchase this CD. * additional copies $10.00

Ø Special Editing $5.00 per pose: this includes face swaps, teeth whitening, blemish removal, clothing color changes, etc.

Ø Greeting Cards/Party Invitations $35.00 for 30 ($5 each additional 5 cards)(4x6, 4x8, 5x7) envelopes included, custom designed with a photo of your choice, $5 extra if photo must be scanned, to view samples, click here

Ø Text on photos $5.00 per pose : You can add text such as "Senior 2008", "Baby's First Steps", etc.

Ø Most sessions are outdoors, which is where the best natural lighting occurs. It is best to schedule our sessions when the sun is not at its brightest. Early morning or late afternoon works best, unless we are shooting where it is shady at all times. If I must travel over 25 miles to a specific location, a traveling rate of $10 will be applied.

Ø It’s always best to have everyone dress in simple, light colored coordinating outfits

Ø I recommend bringing props if you have anything special that you want your portraits to include (favorite toys, blanket, rocking chair, pom-poms, etc)

Ø Pets are the most challenging to photograph. If your pet is being included in your photos I highly recommend bringing an additional person along to stand behind the photographer with your pet’s favorite toy or bag of treats.

Ø All images are provided to you in color plus you will also have many other photographer selected edited styles available at no extra cost : black & white, antique (sepia), colorized, vignette borders, and cropping at no extra cost.

Ø Proof s are usually available for viewing within 1 week for regular sessions and 2 weeks for larger events and parties.

Ø Print orders & CD orders are available within 2 weeks of ordering under normal circumstances.

Ø Payment for print orders, photo CDs, & DVDs are due at the time you place your order.

Ø Orders are shipped to your home or you can arrange for pickup to avoid shipping costs.
